The fastest way to reach us is by phone: (978) 898-0618, Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm. For a no-heat or no-cooling problem, please call. For everything else, from a tune-up to a replacement estimate, the form works just as well, any time of day.

What happens after you send it

1. We call you back

   We call the number you gave us. Requests sent outside our working hours are picked up once we are open again.

2. We ask the right questions

   What the system is doing, how old it is, what you have checked, and anything that helps us bring the right parts and tools.

3. We set up a visit that fits your timeline

   Appointments are available throughout the week. Urgent heating and cooling problems are fitted in as quickly as possible.

4. You get an honest estimate

   After the diagnosis you hear what is wrong and what it takes to fix it, before the work starts, with no pressure.

What to have ready

• The make and model from the label on the furnace, boiler, air handler or outdoor unit; a phone photo of the label is perfect
• Roughly how old the equipment is and when it was last serviced
• What you notice: noises, smells, leaks, error codes or blinking lights, and which rooms are affected
• Whether the filter has been changed recently, and its size
• Access notes: basement, attic or roof, pets, and parking for the truck
